Unrequited love
A beautiful house beneath the azure skies
Lies a jewel more radiant then the moon
Endeavored to see her with no price
Though it will lead him to his doom
How painful it'll be he doesn’t care
Like burning hell fires and hurtful beams
All that matters is to see her smile
Her smile that makes it all worthwhile
Her smile is the fragrant desire
The phantom of his dreams
His thoughts they conspired
But his love made them green
Her touch sent electric shocks
Down his entire mind
Her voice like perfect symphony
One could never find
His attempts to charm her with flute and lyre
Futile they were but still did he endeavored
He’d march into hell and back in one piece
For his love is too much for Satan to diss
His love enough to fly straight to heaven
But still he preferred to stay with her
Against all odds against all objections
He fought with demons and prayed for exception
Bewildered and weak yet with passion replete
His actions and deeds were beyond human limits
His life like an hourglass slowly depletes
Drain he was but his love still emits
Love overflowing like a waterfall
Pouring heavily yet so magnificently
Hungry for her love he gives it all
Watching over her stopping her fall
The grievous pain he felt
Whenever he saw her with her love
The sadness that couldn’t be dealt
Encaved him like a bottomless glove
However painful this love felt
A smile of hers was worth a thousand miles,
Hoping to touch her, make her melt,
Just so he could make her smile
A hundred years later excavators found
A love letter on a skeleton that was bound
His words made millions be moved to tears
But it failed to move his love in times he deared
How painful it is to endure love unrequited
Forever alone but never belittled
